Refund Policy

At Le Gourmand – Pâtisserie Boulangerie, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refund
You may reach out to us at contactus@legourmand.in within 24 hours of receiving the order if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Refunds may be granted upon approval of your request and will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note, Le Gourmand – Pâtisserie Boulangerie is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit in case of Doorstep Delivery as these are carried out by third-party logistics. NO REFUND will be granted in such cases.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to one day before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. A 10% cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. Unfortunately, same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Assistance
For any assistance or inquiries regarding cancellations, please contact us during our business hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Unforeseen Circumstances
In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances, Le Gourmand – Pâtisserie Boulangerie reserves the right to cancel and refund orders within 48 hours of the scheduled fulfillment. Should this occur, we will notify you promptly.
