subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email or message. This email or message confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
Order Changes: Any changes to your order must be communicated to us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee changes after this period.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not
include applicable taxes and delivery charges, which will be added at checkout.
Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online
payment gateways. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
4. Delivery and Pickup
Delivery: We offer delivery services across Delhi NCR. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
Pickup: You can also choose to pick up your order from our designated pickup locations.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled up to one day before the scheduled delivery or pickup date, subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your order due to quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will review your request and, if approved, process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Product Availability
We strive to ensure the availability of all products listed on our website. However, there may be occasions when certain items are unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you and offer alternative options or a refund.
